Hi Kieran, I have been experiencing the above problem . Am trying to download the desktop software and it says it will take 3 hours, and the handheld software says:
    ‘Site Map: Maintenance
Our website is currently undergoing a scheduled maintenance to upgrade our systems in order to better serve you.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Therefore, how am I meant to achieve the software update for my BlackBerry?? And I can’t use my phone from this as it randomly switches on and off.

    Any suggestions please?

    Thanks, Connie
